It's roomy, not heavy, the mat is nice and the product does not look cheap nor tacky. I actually like using this more than my Coach Diaper bag as that is heavy by itself and it doesn't seem to hold everything nicely - things are difficult to find. But the Charger's diaper bag is awesome!

We are having our first child and there aren't too many diaper bags out there for men...most of them are girly and frilly. When it arrived, it was a lot bigger and roomier than I expected. Looks great, nice quality and a perfect gift for him. He loves it. It is pretty sturdy, manly, and tight!!! I would highly recommend it. It's pretty well made and I am completely satisfied with the product....definitely worth the money.

And while I shop around and try to get reasonable prices for most baby items, I couldn't resist giving my husband something he could actually be excited about (he will be the one taking our little baby to daycare). He absolutely loves it and said "it doesn't look like a diaper bag!" The inner lining is cute because it's covered with little bolts and it comes with a cheap little changing mat in the same pattern (the cheapness doesn't matter because it's sort of a little unexpected bonus).My only real complaint is that the SD Chargers version was backordered weeks behind the other teams, which are ready to ship at once (I have no idea why this would be). It barely arrived in time for Father's Day.
