24 of 26 people found the following review helpful. This is a great double stroller, wonderful to push, much better than MANY out there. This is the only double all-terrain stroller I could find that has independently reclining canopies and seats that offer good back support. However, after using it a few times the seats startet slouching to the middle so bad I was concerned about my children's safety. The canopies don't recline independently anymore because they are slouched into eachother and now catch onto each other when I try to retract them.I contacted customer service about this issue and after waiting a long time, I finally heard back from them and have now been back and forth between them for nearly 3 months!!! I tightened the straps underneath the seats as instructed, no success - and they just loosened up again after. I send them pictures. And still - NO solution to my problem. This is the worst experience I ever had with a child/baby related product and, especially - customer service. Don't try calling them...I did 2 times before emailing and they never responded until I emailed them.I own the single City X3 also and it's a completely different stroller quality wise - way better! But honestly - I am ready to get rid of everything Tike Tech so I never have to deal with their customer service again.

10 of 11 people found the following review helpful.I chose this stroller because it has similar specs to the BOB Duallie Revolution; however, I wish I had just purchased that one. From the start I have had problems. The stroller pulls strongly to the right. The mechanism you squeeze to collapse sticks on one side. The harness does not tighten enough (or easily) for my infant. I contacted customer service and was given the brush off--try fiddling with the swivel wheel, send us a picture of the harness straps you can't tighten. All turned out to be stall tactics. I should not have this much trouble with a stroller I paid over $400 for. When I continued to contact customer service because my problems were not solved, they started taking longer and longer to get back to me. They suggested I send the stroller back to them for possible repair or replacement. However, I think this is ridiculous because it would cost at least $100 to purchase a box and ship this thing (although they will pay for the shipping back to me). At this point they aren't even responding to my emails. Every time I take out the stroller I wish I had purchased the BOB Duallie. I can't even jog with the stroller in a fixed wheel position because it veers into the street. A waste of $400. Besides the actual problems I'm having, in terms of the basic design of the stroller, I don't think the seat is deep enough. My infant sort of slides down in it. (vs my single BOB where that doesn't happen). I think it also folds awkwardly--it folds outwardly, if that makes sense--see the Baby Gizmo video. Overall, I would NOT recommend this stroller to a friend.

4 of 4 people found the following review helpful.I got this stroller in October, when my Kolcraft Tandem started having trouble pushing through the leaves, twigs and debris left on the ground after a storm. This stroller is awesome. I have the orange color, I wanted red, but orange was on sale and then diapers.com gave me an additional $20 bucks off so it ended up being $345, the orange is really really orange, -- traffic pylon orange. But at least I know its highly visible to oncoming traffic!Comparing to the Bob Revolution Dualie: Tike Tech has much much much more head room, so if your tots are tall, you will get much more use out of Tike Tech. Does not have a hand brake like the Bob, but this is not an issue for me. The components on bob ie the spokes (hubcaps?) and braking mechanisms seem to be of better quality, but so far everything on the Tike has held up well. Sun shades on the Tike are superior in every way to the Bob! They are the best out there! This stroller is super easy to assemble, I did it myself and it took only 15 minutes, everything just snaps on. No tools necessary.Easy to push, turn and glides over uneven pavement, through unshoveled sidewalks, leaves and slush. Dirt roads- no problem! As for the person who posted the cheapness of the fabric, not sure what they possibly meant! Fabric on mine is thick and sturdy. My friend has the Bob Revolution Dualie and the fabric, while different in color- hers is a more muted orange, the quality is on par.Fits easily in the back of my Nissan X-Terra. Not sure if this would fit into a smaller sedan kind of car.The only con I can think of is that it is so wide. Not a stroller for shopping in stores. But I have my Kolcraft Tandem for that.Front wheel easily locks for jogging, I am not a serious runner- a 5k race is my thing, no marathons in my future and I thought it worked great jogging through a hilly park. Yes its heavy going up hill, but you are pushing ever growing children, I just take it for what it is- a great upper body workout! Love Love Love this stroller!
