0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.This item looks great...in the pictures. Don't get me wrong, it's well made, looks like it will repel the water and has openings for ventilation. My problem is that it doesn't fit correctly. I know I am putting it on correctly, but in the pictures it looks like the cover by the front wheel is shaped in such a way that it either tucks under something or some how sits in such a way that covers the entirety of the foot rest. Mine does not. It has elastic which makes it scrunch. There is nothing that holds it however so I don't understand this feature. I don't feel that I received the same product as seen in the picture. I checked the package it came in and said it was for my stroller.
